The Alethea Suite is on the first floor and has been used as the owners quarters by previous innkeepers. The suite features a queen bed, 3 queen ann chairs, TV with a DVD/VCR player, 2nd TV/VCR in bedroom, drop front desk, dresser, wooden luggage rack, full bath and sitting room.

The Scandia Room is on the second floor in the middle of the house. The room features a queen bed, 1 queen ann chair, one antique sling chair, TV with a DVD player, dresser, wooden luggage rack and full bath.

The Lilac and Lace Suite is on the second floor. The suite features a queen bed, daybed, 2 queen ann chairs, one recliner, 26” LCD TV/ DVD, dresser, wooden luggage rack, full bath and sitting room. This suite accommodates 3 guests with a $20 fee for the 3rd guest. The sitting room opens onto the 2nd floor balcony, which has seating overlooking the pond below.

The Upstairs Parlour Suite is on the second floor. The suite features a King size bed, daybed, 3 queen ann chairs, TV/ DVD/VCR, 2nd TV/DVD in sitting room, dresser, desk, blanket chest, wooden luggage rack, full bath and sitting room in the 3rd floor dormer room. This suite accommodates 3 guests with a $20 fee for the 3rd guest.

The Joshua Room is on the first floor in the front of the house. The room features a queen bed, 2 queen ann chairs, TV/DVD, dresser, wooden luggage rack and full bath. An economical and easily accessed choice for our older guests.

The Carriage House is our most luxurious space. Located in a separate building to the rear of the property space features a queen bed, 2 leather recliners, 32” LCD TV/ DVD, dresser, wooden luggage rack, full bath, bar sink, microwave, refrigerator, central vacuum, independent heat and cooling system, and a one cup coffee maker. This unit has heated floors throughout the bedroom, tiled bath and slate foyer.

The Tea Rose Suite

The Tea Rose Suite features a brass queen bed, rocker/recliners, dresser, gas fireplace and 22" LCD TV/DVD in the bedroom. The sitting room consists of 3 library cases, two queen ann chairs, TV & VCR and full bath. The propane tank was purchased in 2008, and was recently filled. One filling usually lasts 2 years.

The Sitting Room

The sitting room features a couch, 2 chairs, drop leaf table for newspapers and magazines and a locking roll top desk. Currently we use the desk for room keys and to check guests out with the credit card machine. We have our own custom printed 2-part reciepts and rack cards.

The Dining Room

The dining room has seating for upto 16 guests at one time, lighted built in display cases, key rack, and computer screen that displays information for guests. We have a Hoosier with snacks for guests. Hoosier and contents are reserved.
